Keep It Clean Industries | Return & Exchange Policy

1. Sales Policy

All sales are final. Keep It Clean Industries specializes in new and used automotive parts, including JDM-sourced components. Due to the nature of high-performance and used parts, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or compatibility errors. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify fitment for their specific vehicle (e.g., Honda Civic EJ9, K-Series swaps, etc.) prior to purchase.

2. Electrical & Special Order Components

Disclaimer: All electrical components—including but not limited to ECUs, sensors, wiring harnesses, and solenoids—are tested for functionality prior to shipment. All sales on electrical items are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer returns on items that may have been damaged due to improper installation or faulty vehicle wiring.

3. Authorized Returns & Restocking Fee

In the rare event that a return is authorized by our team:

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns. This fee covers the cost of original processing, packaging materials, and labor.
  • Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.
  • Condition: The item must be returned in the exact condition it was received. Items that have been installed, disassembled, or tampered with will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Evaluation Process

Once the returned item is received at our facility, it will undergo a formal inspection to verify its condition and ensure no parts have been swapped.

  • Approval: If the item passes inspection, a refund (minus the 20% restocking fee and original shipping) will be issued.
  • Rejection: If the item shows signs of use, installation, or damage, the return will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to the buyer at their expense.

5. Final Decision

Keep It Clean Industries reserves the right to make the final determination on all return requests. We value the enthusiast community and aim to be fair, but we must protect the integrity of our inventory.
